As Executive Assistant to the Management Board, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making at MANN+HUMMEL. This role requires agility, foresight, and exceptional organizational skills. You will not only manage critical projects and prepare key meetings but also act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that leadership decisions are well-informed and efficiently executed. Beyond executive engagement, you will build a strong global network, develop expertise across key business functions—from finance to strategy to performance management—and learn how to lead and collaborate across cultures. Main Tasks
- Board management: Preparation of documents and reports for the management on a regular basis, e.g. for Executive Board Committee (EBC) meetings and Supervisory Board meetings
- Project Management for the EBC Offsite (particularly with content) annual MANN+HUMMEL awards, leadership summit and upcoming strategic projects
- Content support: Preparation and implementation of monthly Management Board Committee (MBC) employee communications; quarterly UnFiltered live events and posts to our employee app
- Creation of presentations for the Management Board Committee and partly for the Executive Leadership Committee (e.g. for site visits, townhalls, Shareholder meetings, etc.)
- Stakeholder Management through regular engagement with executive leadership, board members, and cross-functional teams
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a subject area of business administration, international business or comparable qualification
- Experience: At least three years of professional experience in the job-relevant activity profile
- Required Skills:
- Very good knowledge of Office365
- Strong project management skills
- High level of business understanding, especially for MANN+HUMMEL's business model, value chain and organization
- Language: business fluent English, knowledge of German desirable
- Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Service and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work
