The Customer Experience initiative at MANN+HUMMEL drives the transformation of our customer interactions and empowers our business units. This includes developing digital solutions such as marketing and e-commerce platforms, automating processes, integrating data, and innovating new customer-focused services. Through these efforts, we aim to optimize customer interfaces and provide substantial support to business units. Our work spans a wide range of specialized areas and is deeply integrated across all organizational levels, ensuring a comprehensive, end-to-end approach.
As a Business Analyst in the Customer Experience team at MANN+HUMMEL, you will play a central role in developing user stories, collaborating with our project teams and implementing new solutions on our customer platforms.
Your expertise as a business analyst will be essential to drive our projects towards digital customer experience in an efficient and customer-centric way.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising internal teams on the development of customer-centric digital solutions in marketing and sales
- Supporting agile working methods, e.g. by organising and running agile events
- Technical review and creation of user stories
- Collaboration with product owners of our digital solutions, e.g. with backlog management
- Participation in cross-functional international project teams in marketing and sales
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: University degree Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study
- Experience: At least 5 – 7 years of experience in customer project management or business analyses ideally in area of e-commerce, agency environment experience is an advantage
- Required Skills: Sound knowledge in the context of agile working, e.g. SCRUM, Experience in using project management tools such as Jira & Confluence, confident handling of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint, experience in an agency environment is an advantage
- Languages: Fluent English language (C1+ level)
- Competencies: Ability to grasp complex issues and present them in an understandable way, structured and analytical way of working, high level of detail orientation, team player who enjoys international collaboration, talent for innovative approaches and hands-on mentality.
