Main Tasks
Are You the Engineer We’re Looking For?
As a Manufacturing/Product Engineer in our Air Filtration Americas Division, you’ll be at the forefront of process optimization and product innovation. Working onsite in our Louisa, Virginia facility and supporting plants nationwide, you’ll collaborate across teams including Sales, Quality, Program Management, Logistics, Planning, and R&D. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and be empowered to make a tangible impact.
Your primary responsibilities include:

What You’ll Do
In this Manufacturing/Product Engineer role, you’ll be based primarily at our Louisa, Virginia facility, with opportunities to travel and support operations across the U.S. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you’ll:
- Lead Projects: Jump into key initiatives, from cost reduction and process improvement to product innovation and lean manufacturing implementation
- Optimize Processes: Ensure BOMs and routings are accurate while identifying and driving opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements
- Innovate: Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Quality, and other teams to develop manufacturing methods and improve product designs
- Drive Change: Apply lean principles and spearhead initiatives that make a tangible impact on production and profitability
- Own Results: Be the go-to expert for ERP data analysis, technical insights, and cross-functional solutions
Your Profile
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Textiles preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
- A passion for solving problems and an eye for detail that ensures nothing is overlooked
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP and 3D modeling software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks)
- Strong communication skills—you can influence, present, and drive collaboration across all levels
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of your projects
- Willingness to travel nationwide to support other plants and initiatives
