Role Summary

Responsible for shipment process and documentation according to customer requirements

Main Tasks

  • Creation and updating of deliveries (incl. packaging data) 
  • Creation and updating of shipments
  • Preparation of customs clearance
  • Printing of shipping documents 
  • Creation of invoices
  • Monitoring of shipment process
  • Advise of transport requests 
  • Update of external portals (forwarder / Customer)
  • Apply customer shipping requirements and instructions
  • Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor 
  • Ensures compliance with audits like MMOG or norms ISO 14001 and  IATF 16949 Q principles at their workplace.
  • Full fills procedures, instructions, orders and environmental laws and all generally applicable legal regulations.
