Mann & Hummel is looking for Production Workers to join our team in Lake Wales, FL. We look forward to hearing from you!

These candidates must have manufacturing experience.

 

Job Summary

The production workers are involved in various tasks related to assembling, manufacturing, or packaging products in a factory or production environment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Perform physical work in a manufacturing setting.
  • Assemble goods on a production line.
  • Monitor the production process for any issues or malfunctions.
  • Ensure consistent speed and accuracy on the production line, making sure the production daily goal is met.
  • Maintain waste and efficiency standards.
  • Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
  • Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Must effectively work and communicate with other team members to provide products and services of the highest quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform highly detailed and repetitive work

 

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas.
  • This position may require work 8 to 10 hours in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures and loud noises, typical of a manufacturing plant.
  • May be required to work overtime or on weekends, depending on the needs of the production schedule.
