Role Summary

The Human Resources Manager partners with all internal and external stake holders to ensure operational excellence and implement procedures to provide successful experiences across the current/ future employee lifecycle, engagement, productivity and retention of employees.

Main Tasks

  • Lead and mentor the HR department, driving recruitment, training, and performance.
  • Apply creative strategies to enhance employee retention and foster their development.
  • Partner with hiring leaders on interview prep and smooth onboarding.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in manufacturing and actively contribute as a valued partner to the local leadership team.
  • Manage employee orientation and ensure effective integration.
  • Provide HR support on contracts, legal matters, and employee questions.
  • Keep employee records up-to-date and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee payroll, generate reports, and run audits.
  • Create and implement employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor team performance and recommend pay adjustments.
  • Address policy violations and manage corrective actions.
  • Manage annual HR processes like salary reviews and awards.
  • Represent the company at events to build talent pipelines.

Your Profile

  • University degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, or related field; HR certification a plus.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, local/federal labor laws, and safety standards.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and HRIS (ADP, Workforce, SAP SuccessFactors a plus).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Local candidates preferred.
