Global Product Manager Molecular Filtration (m/w/d)

Role Summary

The Global Product Manager Molecular Filtration in the Life Sciences & Environment sector will be responsible for the global oversight, development, and growth of Molecular Filtration products. This role focuses on managing the product life cycle, driving global market expansion, and ensuring the alignment of product offerings with customer and regulatory requirements. Molecular filtration solutions are used in critical environments, particularly in life sciences, pharmaceutical, clean room, and environmental industries. 

Main Tasks

• Develop and maintain the annual product plan, defining the overall product strategy and road map
• Manage existing product portfolio and support developing new products for launches across Europe, Americas and APAC together with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Operations
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and develop strategies to increase the value proposition of the current product range
• Define and propose gross price lists, ensuring they align with regional sales strategies and profitability targets
• Prepare product launch plans and packages, including detailed promotional materials
• Develop marketing briefs for communication tools, including videos, catalogs, datasheets, brochures, and digital content
• Represent the company’s interests in regulatory bodies, industry groups, and lobbies such as VDMA, ISO, Eurovent
• Support customer training and education initiatives, such as Solution Days and the MANN+HUMMEL Filter Academy, lead internal product training programs, participate in sales meetings and deliver product presentations, including competitive analysis and sales arguments

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
• +5 years experience in global product management, with experience in the Molecular Filtration, Air Borne Molecular Contamination Control industries
• Ability to work collaboratively across regions and departments, with strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams, lead by example, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and financial literacy
• Deep understanding of global market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on driving product excellence, optimizing processes, and achieving business outcomes
• Excellent fluency in English and German (written and oral)
• Expertise in MS-Office and ERP-System
• Travel required: up to 30%
