Role Summary
Is responsible for maintaining, improving and developing quality systems, tools and methods to ensure compliance and enhance organizational performance
Main Tasks
- Handling and updating Quality tools and methods to ensure they meet current standards and best practices while providing training and support to employees on these tools, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to perform their roles effectively
- Improving existing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality management
- Developing new Quality methodologies and frameworks to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Serving as the first level of support for quality inquiries, addressing issues and providing guidance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Executing strategic process analyses and tool design initiatives to enhance operational Quality efficiency
Your Profile
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Engineering with 10-12 years of Exp (Mechanical/ Automobile Stream) preferred
- Has exp. of working in Automotive Tier-1 organization, MNC experience preferred
- Has hands-on experience of leading QMS of Plant in coordination of all functions and has hands-on experience of leading New Product/ NPD Quality
- This position will report to Quality Head and New Product/ project Quality Engineer will report to this position
Experience
- Team Management & Leadership Skills
- Familiar with all QMS systems, tools and methods
- IATF 16949 Certified Auditor and knowledge in applying IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, PFMEA requirements,
- Familiar with Total Quality Management, HSE requirements, Lean Principles execution
- Able to use Microsoft Office tools, SAP
