Main Tasks

  • Disciplinary and functional lead, including coordination of activities in the team
  • Implementation of standard governance related to material and production planning activities
  • Application of all relevant MP&L process standards as well as continuous improvement of working processes
  • Alignment with Purchasing and other functions like Production, Quality & Planning
  • Escalation management with suppliers
  • Inventory Management
  • All accountabilities of supply planning profile 
  • All accountabilities of production planning profile
  • All accountabilities of customer service profile

Your Profile

  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Engineering with 10-16 years of Exp (Mechanical/ Automobile Stream) preferred
  • Has exp. of working in Automotive Tier-1 organization, MNC experience preferred
  • Has hands-on experience as Production Planning, Material Planning & Procurement for Tier-1 Automotive Organization.
  • This position will report to MP&L Head and Material Planners (Domestic / Import) will report to this position
  • Team Management & Leadership Skills 
  • Hands-on Experience in Production 4M Planning, MRP run in SAP, material Scheduling follow-up, Suppliers Coordination
  • Import Planning process handling for European Countries & China (Preferred)
  • Proficient to use Microsoft Office tools, SAP - MM & PP Module
  • Sourcing & Vendor Acquisition is not part of this role.
