Manager - HR

Role Summary

The HR manager role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Head HR and function/ business heads. Assist in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. Provide expert guidance on all HR-related matters and driving initiatives that enhance organization effectiveness, optimize cost, bring higher employee engagement and better performance.

Main Tasks

• Manage the employee life cycle from Hire to Retire; On-board & induct the employees joining the business; Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance; Resolve employee issues and address grievances.
• Responsible for maintaining Talent availability across all functions & businesses. Strengthen the IJP process, and work on employee engagement and retention interventions.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to all levels of the organization. Translate complex HR policies and procedures into actionable insights for managers and employees.
• Responsibility for planning, implementation, and control of the personnel cost budget in the area of responsibility, and initiating and controlling corrective measures in the event of deviations.
• Provide optimal support for departments by advising managers on the use of HR processes and tools.
• Collaborate with local and India HR team to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and continuously enhance the employee experience.
• Your tasks will be rounded off by working on HR projects.

Your Profile

<li _msthash="23" _msttexthash="14537315" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust:none">Education: Successfully completed Masters in the field of HR, organizational management, psychology/social sciences,  <li _msthash="24" _msttexthash="5342558" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust:none">Professional experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in HR generalist Operations/ HRBP/ related domains
• <font _mstmutation="1"><font _msttexthash="149825"><font _msthash="25">Has experience of working in Manufacturing Organizations in HR

Skills Experience

• <font _mstmutation="1"><font _msttexthash="149825"><font _msthash="25">Expertise:
  <li _msthash="26" _msttexthash="3456453" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust:none">Very good knowledge of labor Laws & Statutory Compliances applicable to manufacturing industries
<li _msthash="26" _msttexthash="3456453" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust:none">Ability to use Microsoft Office tools <li _msthash="27" _msttexthash="3441100" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust:none">Hands-on user skills in dealing with SAP (HR), SAP SuccessFactors (Preferred)
