Role Summary
The HR manager role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Head HR and function/ business heads. Assist in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. Provide expert guidance on all HR-related matters and driving initiatives that enhance organization effectiveness, optimize cost, bring higher employee engagement and better performance.
Main Tasks
- Manage the employee life cycle from Hire to Retire; On-board & induct the employees joining the business; Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance; Resolve employee issues and address grievances.
- Responsible for maintaining Talent availability across all functions & businesses. Strengthen the IJP process, and work on employee engagement and retention interventions.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to all levels of the organization. Translate complex HR policies and procedures into actionable insights for managers and employees.
- Responsibility for planning, implementation, and control of the personnel cost budget in the area of responsibility, and initiating and controlling corrective measures in the event of deviations.
- Provide optimal support for departments by advising managers on the use of HR processes and tools.
- Collaborate with local and India HR team to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and continuously enhance the employee experience.
- Your tasks will be rounded off by working on HR projects.
