Engineer - Maintenance

Main Tasks

  • Ensure that all technical processes in the plant are reliable, cost-effective and meet the M+H and legal standards, focusing on mechanical side.
  • Support the categorization of spare parts that have to be available on site to minimize downtime
  • Initiate, implement, coordinate and monitor all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Processes in the plant
  • Control the machine and technical equipment within the M+H production plant and ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained during the serial production
  • Manage the maintenance activities and ensure that all technical standards and requirements are met
  • Support Maintenance Manager in managing the cost budget for the machines, equipment and spare parts
  • Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations and coordinate the corrective activities
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation in the area of responsibility is available and up-to date
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in design of new equipment
  • Ensure and maintain all records as per ISO / IATF Standards

Your Profile

  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Engineering with 6-10 years of Exp (Electrical/ mechanical/ Electronics Stream) preferred
  • Has exp. of working in Automotive Tier-1 organization, MNC experience preferred
  • Has hands-on experience as Maintenance Engineer on Plastic Injection Moulding, Assembly Machines and PU Filter Manufacturing - its equipment's, machines etc.
  • Having experience on Utility Maintenance will be add on in candidature.
