The Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the success of our commercial organization through the administration of revenue technology platforms, development of enablement resources, and delivery of sales enablement initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive CRM adoption, improve seller productivity, and ensure sellers have the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to maximize performance. The ideal candidate combines experience supporting CRM and commercial technology platforms with strong communication, enablement, and change management skills.
Main Tasks
Own and Optimize Revenue Technology Platforms
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Partner Portal, Sales Excellence System, Salesforce CRM, and other revenue technology platforms.
- Configure and optimize systems to improve usability and align with sales workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end users.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve commercial processes.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Manage product and feature updates within the Partner Portal.
Drive User Adoption and Seller Success
- Monitor CRM adoption and seller utilization of enablement tools.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and recommend process improvements.
- Champion best practices and encourage consistent utilization of enablement technology.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to improve adoption and productivity.
- Develop communication campaigns promoting new tools and initiatives.
- Measure enablement effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Design and Deliver Sales Enablement Programs
- Develop onboarding programs and enablement resources that accelerate seller productivity.
- Create playbooks, job aids, videos, quick-reference guides, and digital learning content.
- Deliver targeted training supporting product launches, CRM enhancements, and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain content within the Sales Excellence System.
- Continuously improve enablement resources based on feedback and adoption metrics.
Partner on Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives.
- Support the rollout of new tools, commercial processes, and sales initiatives.
- Contribute to sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative ideas that improve seller productivity.
Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success, Marketing Enablement, or a related commercial support function.
Required Skills
- Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM or a similar CRM platform to support a sales organization.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver enablement resources, onboarding programs, sales training, playbooks, job aids, or digital learning content.
- Experience supporting business systems or commercial technology platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and execution.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience creating video-based or digital learning content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, customer portals, or sales enablement tools.
- Experience supporting CRM adoption, change management, or commercial technology implementations.
- Experience partnering with Sales Leadership or Sales Operations.
- Prior sales, customer-facing, or customer success experience.
- HVAC industry experience is a plus.
