Plant Manager

Main Tasks

• Establish the operating budget and monitor the cost and effectiveness of the production activities 
• Ensure the resources optimization and allocate the labour and capital resources to maximize the productivity and achieve the quality, and manufacturing standards 
• Research, evaluate, and approve the investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant’s production capabilities 
• Develop and implement the operating policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets its current and future production targets and quality standards 
• Account for the entire supply chain (from supplier to customer) regarding the quality issues
• Define/approve the appropriate procedures and measures for the quality control
• Develop and implement the local quality assurance strategies and regulations, improve the existing strategies to fit in the plant´s operations
• Ensure/approve the Transport Logistics activities in the plant
• Ensure/approve the Production Logistics activities in the plant
• Ensure/approve the Logistics Planning activities in the plant
• Define, develop and execute the production processes according to the customer specifications for all new projects
