Warehouse Lead

Role Summary

To oversee all warehouse functions and ensure the work is performed according to quality standards, Work Instructions and in a timely and efficient manner. 

Main Tasks

• Monitor and oversee all warehouse operations
• Maintain appropriate records and reporting. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
• Operate all equipment in accordance with safety requirements.
• Assist in operations by performing as a “Working Lead”.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime, which includes Fridays
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure that quality standards are met.
• Stop processes if quality or safety standards are not met.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

Your Profile

Education, Experience, and Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate ability to perform essential functions.
• Ability to lift and maneuver weights in excess of a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work under physical situations that include (standing, moving, climbing, lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping).
• Must be able to operate various lift trucks.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
