Role Summary

As a Sr. HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to leaders across the Enabling Functions (Finance, HR, IT, Technology, Purchasing, Legal, Real Estate) and the Automotive Aftermarket Business Unit. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of global and regional HR strategies, leading cross-functional HR initiatives, and ensuring effective and aligned HR service delivery across your areas of responsibility. Additionally, you will guide and support HR Managers and Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle and represent HR in key management forums.

Main Tasks

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders on all people-related matters, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.
  • Serve as the key interface between business leaders and HR Centers of Expertise, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Guide and support HR Managers and HR Business Partners in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Participate in operational and management meetings within your business areas to represent and advocate for HR priorities.
  • Translate global and business strategies into targeted, actionable regional HR initiatives.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and cultural initiatives within your scope.
  • Collaborate closely with business and operations leaders on people and cultural topics.
  • Define, track, and manage people-related KPIs for your business areas; initiate corrective measures where targets are not met.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, mediate people issues, and promote proactive employee engagement strategies.
  • Lead regional implementation of HR programs and tools while managing expectations across internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HR practices and drive impactful change initiatives across functions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders from various functions and levels to deliver best-in-class HR solutions.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Law
  • At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager; experience in a manufacturing plant environment (required), automotive industry (preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably within a production or operational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior decision-makers at a regional or business unit level
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish  is a plus
  • Modern and people-oriented approach to HR, with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, and empathy combined with a structured and analytical working style
  • High degree of intercultural competence and willingness to travel regionally across the Americas
