Role Summary

The HRIS Manager, Americas is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and day-to-day governance of our HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors, managing large-scale implementations and ensuring the integrity of HR data. You will act as a bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and Corporate to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. A critical component of this role is overseeing the seamless performance of payroll systems to ensure 100% business continuity for our workforce.

Your Challenge

  • System Optimization & Governance: Manage and optimize SuccessFactors (HRIS), ensuring high levels of data accuracy, security, and compliance with regional labor laws.
  • Payroll Performance & Continuity: Oversee payroll system performance on a weekly basis to ensure uninterrupted processing. Serve as the primary point of escalation for technical payroll hurdles.
  • Incident Management & Resolution: In the event of system interruptions, lead the diagnostic effort to identify root causes. Implement permanent technical or procedural fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage the impact of system issues by providing clear, timely, and transparent updates to HR, Finance, and affected employee groups. (liaison between corporate and global HRIT changes to the US- able to translate corporate rollouts to regional rollout)
  • System Optimization & Governance: Manage and optimize SuccessFactors (HRIS), ensuring high levels of data accuracy, security, and compliance with regional labor laws.
  • Large-Scale Implementations: Lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, including Payroll (ADP GlobalView) and Time & Attendance (Workforce Software) systems.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Serve as a key cross-functional partner to IT, Finance, and Business Leadership to align system architecture with organizational goals.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Deliver advanced reporting and analytics to drive data-based decision-making. Oversee system integrations and regular enhancements to improve the user experience.
  • Project Management: Spearhead the consolidation of legal entities into single-solution platforms, focusing on cost reduction (e.g., cost per pay slip) and process efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Contribute to the global HR Digitalization strategy, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve employee self-service.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure technical requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in HRIS, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a team in HRIS management, specifically within large, multi-national organizations.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency HRIS, Timekeeping, and Payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView and Workforce Solutions preferred)
  • Implementation Skills: Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end payroll and time-tracking system migrations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Communication: Skilled in handling high-stakes communications and providing guidance to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Data & Compliance: Proven experience overseeing HR data integrity and compliance for organizations with 5,000+ employees.
