Internship Expectations
Start: As Soon As Possible
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Hours per week: 15-25
Job Responsibilties
− As an intern, you will be assigned to one key project that you will manage during the internship. Results will be presented to the leadership team at the end of the internship program
− Providing support to the assigned department
− Develop improvement concepts and present them to the leadership team
− Work “hands-on” and spend time with co-workers to understand business processes and challenges
Educational Requirements
− Actively pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in a related field in an accredited program (must be within those majors)
− Current GPA 3.0 or better
Experience
− Prior work experience in a manufacturing company is preferred, but not a must
Required Skills
− Project management as well as strong organization and communication skills
− Willingness to take responsibility for projects
− Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
− Ability to multitask in a collaborative team and office setting
− Familiar with 3D Modeling
