Aftermarket Customer Service Representative

Role Summary
This an Onsite position (overtime eligible) based at our location in Gastonia, NC.
No Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
No relocation assistance is available for this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and respond to internal and external customer requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Provide assistance and input to sales departments, manufacturing, and distribution locations
• Handle customer inquiries (orders, pricing, inventory, order status, etc.) and issues in a professional and effective manner
• Process customer orders and order expedites
• Troubleshoot problems, internal and external and maintain departmental records
• Communicate customer complaints to quality managers at respective plants
• Process rebates for Reporting program
• Communicate with all division personnel as needed
• Prepare, generate, and distribute reports as needed
• Act as first point of contact for all incoming department rebate calls
• Ability to define and set goals and to work without direct supervision
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• High School diploma or GED
Experience:
• 2 years’ minimum experience in a Customer Service environment
Required Skills:
• Keyboard skill and accuracy (60 WPM)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must possess good problem solving, analytical and time management skills, and be able to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work productively with all levels of company personnel
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
• SAP experience
• Power BI experience
• Associate's degree or higher
