Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead Material Planning & Logistics projects and ensure successful execution of projects’ objectives, meeting all timeline and budget constraints.

Main Tasks

  • Manage highly visible cross-functional project teams that include resources from distribution, operations, sales and product management
  • Manage new project launches
  • Lead project review meetings and ensure project objectives regarding cost, quality and delivery are met
  • Create presentations for executive leadership and be comfortable presenting information
  • Report project status to executive leadership and escalate if deliverables cannot be met
  • Manage risk and changes within the project
  • Facilitate workshops to develop project scope and project plan
  • Create and maintain Project Plans in MS Project when applicable
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure projects milestones are completed in time
  • Ensuring team accountability for results (on-time, on-schedule and within budget completion)

Your Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain or equivalent relevant work experience

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Management with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and managing cross-functional project and program teams of varying sizes, including internal and external stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized approach to time management. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, MS Project, Power Point
  • Conflict management Skills 
  • Advanced communication skills 

Preferred: 

  • Working experience in Logistics and Material Planning
  • Project Management Certification
