Role Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Regional sales team with marketing tasks in collaboration with the global marketing communications team. The position will help manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness. Duties include supporting the development and implementation of a company’s marketing, social media, branding, and internal/external communication activities.
Your Challenge
- Assist in marketing plan preparation, including budget and short and long-term strategy
- Gather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications technique
- Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, direct (e)mail, and other multimedia
- Organize and manage Regional trade shows
- Ensure the maintenance of brand integrity in collateral design, and apply effective marketing techniques and company brand standards in campaigns.
- Prepare promotional presentations, distribute marketing materials and assist in the management of website SEO
- Manage and update digital asset management system (DAM) – we use Adobe Experience Manager
- Manage and update divisional website using a content management system (CMS) – we use Adobe Experience Manager
- Write copy & prepare graphics for internal communications, social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral with particular regards to case studies and technical papers
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
Your Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role, preferably within a B2B environment
- Early-career profiles with up to two years of relevant professional experience will also be considered
Expertise
- Excellent computer, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German, Italian, and/or Spanish is a strong advantage
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Knowledge of CMS systems is a plus
