Role Summary

Function includes advice/counsel across multiple areas of business law related to the organization’s legal rights and obligations.

Main Tasks

  • Legal support with a focus on national and international projects during the sales, execution and warranty phase.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating tenders and contracts including general advice on product and solution related agreements including public procurement law as a bidder and contractor.
  • Legal assessment of operational risks in accordance with internal approval and risk management processes.
  • Provides advice to the leadership and ensures uniform interpretation of to the Group Policies.
  • Ensure compliance of the organization’s practices with applicable civil and commercial legislation: among the various activities prepare minutes of the corporate meetings, ensure compliance of the same.
  • Support in corporate law matters for the Italian entities 

Your Profile

- University degree in law

  • Requires min 5 -7 years of professional experience in a law firm with foreign contracts or in the legal department of structured international companies (mandatory)
  • Experience in manufacturing indistries and machine engineering contracts management (mandatory)
  • Highly organized and motivated team player with strong drive to succeed
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills mandatory
  • Admission to Bar preferred
