Role Summary
The HR Generalist, reports to HR Manager Italy LS&E, administers processes and tasks across multiple areas of HR with local responsibility and organizes employee´s life cycle in the organization according the activity split. First HR contact person for employees in locations.
Main Tasks
- Administer processes / tasks defined with local responsibility (according to activity split)
- Uses depth of knowledge and specialized skills in HR: recruting & selection, onboarding, people development, work contracts, italian labour legislation, personnel administration & payroll, compensation & Benefits, performance management
- Processes HRIS (Success Factors, Altamira and other IT HR tools)
- Supports the relationship with local HR Operations Vendors (work Agency and Head Hunters) and with local Universities and Schools
- Supports local Managers in day by day people management for white and blue collars in an industrial environment
Your Profile
- Broad knowledge in diverse human resources disciplines such as recruiting & selection, onboarding, people development, work contracts, payroll, personnel administration & payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management
- HRIS experience preferred
- IT experience (MS Office - Excel & Power Point)
- Strong oral and written communication
- Customer oriented and solution focused
- Excellent communicational skills in Italian and English languages
- Available to travel frequent between Fano - PU and Cerreto d'Esi - AN, Italian Plants
