Global Product Manager Water and Membrane Solutions (m/f/d)

Main Tasks
- Develop and implement the strategy for the Water segment and its product portfolio, ensuring long-term growth and profitability
- Own and expand a product portfolio including reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) and microfiltration (MF) solutions
- Strengthen MANN+HUMMEL’s competitive position through continuous portfolio optimization based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitor insights
- Explore untapped markets, channels, and alliances globally to identify new opportunities for growth
- Define and execute a channel strategy with sales to extend our market reach and join forces with premium partners
- Collaborate with R&D to shape next-generation value propositions and establish a strong innovation pipeline
- Launch new products and implement multi-generation product plans to expand market share and strengthen our leadership in membrane technology
- Define pricing strategies, ensure profitability, and support global sales teams across applications and regions
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits and marketing messages
- Represent MANN+HUMMEL at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums to reinforce thought leadership
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, innovation pipeline, market share, and asset utilization, and ensure accurate forecasts through participation in S&OP
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in international water technology industry, ideally in product management, marketing, sales, or technical service
- Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of membranes and water & wastewater applications
- Solid understanding of financial and business analysis
- Experience in strategy, pricing, and innovation management
- Languages: Fluent in English; German and Italian are a strong advantage
- Personality:
- Self-starter with strong motivation to achieve goals
- Strategic and creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong communicator and consensus builder across functions and culturesWillingness to travel globally up to 30%
