Schedule: M-F 2nd Shift (3:00PM-11:00PM)

 

The Maintenance Technician ensures all machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently to support continuous production and reduce downtime. This position plays a key role in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across the facility. 

Main Tasks

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and other production equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment based on diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Test electrical currents and components using standard testing equipment.

  • Safely operate tools such as power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing devices.

  • Support machine installations, facility repairs, and production line maintenance.

  • Identify equipment malfunctions by listening, observing, and inspecting systems.

  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures while keeping work areas clean and organized.

  • Work independently or collaboratively to resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance or electrical work.

  • Technical training or certification in maintenance or electrical disciplines is a plus.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety regulations.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical instructions.

  • Capable of working on ladders or aerial lifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
