Inventory Reconciliation Analyst

Role Summary

This is an on-site position based at our location in Cowpens, SC. 

Main Tasks

• Ensure receipt of goods receipt confirmation from external, intra- and intercompany shipments
• Maintain matching inventory levels between SAP & 3PL system
• Monitor inventory iDoc errors between 3PL system and SAP for both client 70 – support for client 500 as needed
• Investigate and solve any iDoc errors on a daily basis
• Lead root cause investigation for iDoc errors and develop long term corrective actions for them
• Communicate between 3PL service provider and the internal M+H team – lead regular calls to review inventory iDoc errors
• May require local travel (up to 10%) to other distribution centers and/or manufacturing plants
• Assist with system IT testing in various projects throughout the company

Your Profile

Education:
• High School diploma or GED 
Experience:
• 3 years' minimum experience in Inventory Management
• 2 years' minimum experience using SAP, or other ERP systems
• 2 years' minimum experience using Root Cause Investigation tools (i.e.: fishbone, 5 why, etc.)

Required Skills:
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to review/analyze data
• Proven problem-solving abilities 
• Strong ability to maintain deadlines 
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Must be organized, logical, and willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with SAP WM/MM/SD modules

• Bachelor's, or Associate's degree
