Exports Analyst

Role Summary

This is an onsite position based at our location in Cowpens, SC. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with carriers and Customer Service team in case of shipping challenges
• Customer Portal Entry and Navigation for ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) requirements
• Maintain established levels of productivity and quality standards within a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with both internal and external business partners to maintain on time shipping requirements
• Monitor reports to collect data and reporting for business KPI's
• Maintain close communication with 3PL outbound supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Associate's Degree or High school diploma with a minimum of One (1) year of experience in Traffic within distribution, or manufacturing

Experience:

• 1 year of processing of outbound shipments within a distribution/manufacturing/warehouse environment
• 1 year of creation of shipping paperwork including exports

Required Skills:

• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong ability to maintain deadlines and communicate such effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment
• Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
• Proven problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience working/partnering with international 3PLs
• One (1) year of demonstrated SAP skills
• Proficiency in verbal, conversational and written Spanish
