Exports Analyst

Role Summary

This is an onsite position based at our location in Cowpens, SC. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Booking of any international shipments including the preparation of all export paperwork for the shipment
• Ensure trailer availability and communicate such to 3PL service provider
• Serve as point of contacts for order processor and customer service team
• Maintain close communication with 3PL outbound supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Associate's Degree or High school diploma with minimum of 3 years of experience in Traffic within manufacturing

Experience:

• 3 years of processing of outbound shipments within a manufacturing/distribution/warehouse environment
• 3 years of creation of shipping paperwork including exports

Required Skills:

• 2 years of demonstrated SAP skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong ability to maintain deadlines and communicate effectively
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively
• Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience working/partnering with international 3PLs
• Proficiency in verbal, conversational and written Spanish
