Controller of Aftermarket Distribution - US

Job Responsibilities
− Daily oversight and financial management of East and West Coast distribution centers
− Oversight and launch of 1.4 million square foot East Coast distribution center
− Financial liaison to 3rd party logistics partner within the distribution centers
− Manage financial ramping down of current distribution facilities
− Daily sales report and analysis
− Provide overall financial direction and support to the Director and other functional areas of the business to
achieve business unit financial goals
− Manage the financial aspects of the annual operating plan and strategic business plan process
− Analyze monthly financial performance and review findings with operations staff
− Requirements of this position will include a complete understanding and working capability of general
accounting principles, particularly in cost accounting, inventory valuation and financial analysis of operating
performance
− P&L and balance sheet steering & reporting analysis
− Analysis of labor and freight efficiency
− Inventory management & analysis risk management
− Internal audit
− Review and preparation of the monthly report package
Education Requirements
− Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience Requirements
− Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an accounting department
− Must have experience working within a distribution environment
Required Skills
− SAP ERP systems experience and business systems knowledge
− Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
− Competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (Power BI)
− 10% Travel Domestically
