ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Full Stack Developer on MANN+HUMMEL’s Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP) product team, you’ll help build and evolve a self‐sustaining, globally standardized platform that channels real‐time data from assembly lines and machines in plants into a cloud‐based data lake. Within the platform, you’ll architect applications that analyze this data while simplifying the lives of our colleagues in MANN+HUMMEL plants worldwide. This role offers the chance to deliver a truly scalable, end‐to‐end manufacturing solution that empowers our operations and drives Industry 4.0 excellence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure .NET applications within the DMP platform using SOLID principles and GoF design patterns.
• Build modern, intuitive front-end components with Angular to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-ready microservices on the Azure platform.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in peer code reviews to uphold quality.
• Partner remotely but closely with an international product team—including the product owner, other developers, data engineers, and external agencies—as well as MANN+HUMMEL plant experts to gather real-world requirements and roll out new use cases.
• Collaborate in an agile-driven environment: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
YOUR PROFILE :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development in .NET, including proficiency in C# and related frameworks.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus; IIoT experience is an advantage.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and GoF design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Angular or a similar framework for dynamic web UIs
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, including API development
• Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment strategies
• Familiarity with relational (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Groovy, or shell
Languages: English proficiency at B2 level
Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication, collaborative mindset, and product ownership attitude
