Travel Expense Product Owner

Role Summary:

Do you want to transform business travel and expense into a fast, simple, and well-controlled experience for thousands of colleagues worldwide? We’re looking for a Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of our global T&E product—from vision and roadmap through multi-system implementation to stable operations and continuous improvement. The role sits between Business and IT, reports into H2R, and directly impacts user experience, compliance, and financial outcomes. What comes next? That's for you to shape and to be part of. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the vision, goals, and roadmap of the global T&E solution; define and track KPIs.
  • Translate business needs (HR, Finance/AP, Tax, Procurement, regions, end users) into clear requirements and a prioritized backlog.
  • Coordinate design and delivery with the Solution Architect (HRIT), IT teams, and vendors; lead end-to-end rollouts across countries.
  • Plan and deliver parallel implementations: Concur (selected AMER countries), AMEX + Yokoy (DE/SG/CZ), and TREX for the rest of the organization.
  • Set the detailed schedule, manage dependencies, budget, and risks; ensure regional and stakeholder readiness.
  • Drive integrations (ERP/Finance, HR, corporate cards, TMC) and configure policy rules (per diem, mileage, currencies/FX, VAT).
  • Implement control and audit mechanisms, standardize processes, and ensure compliance across countries.
  • Manage vendors and SLAs; plan releases, communications, training, and user support. Build dashboards and insights; continuously improve UX, automation, and processing efficiency.

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience in product or project management, ideally in Travel Expense or HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of travel policies, expense management, and compliance.
  • Experience with platforms such as SAP Concur, Yokoy, Amex.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • English and Czech language required. 
  • Bonus: team leadership, process setup/standardization, or CSPO certification.
