YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality technology projects on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and upper management, while aligning with business goals.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing post-launch issues.
- Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements, driving successful partnerships and ensuring tailored solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Leverage experience in both traditional and agile software development methodologies to enhance project adaptability and delivery efficiency, aligning with evolving business needs and optimizing overall performance.
- Translate user stories and business requirements into precise technical requirements and actionable tasks, ensuring clear project objectives and driving efficient development processes that meet business needs.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Traditional (PMP) or agile methodologies (such as Kanban, Scrum) are beneficial.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a tech PL/Lead function. Proven track record in leading small to medium-sized teams, consisting of 5-10 members.
- Required Skills: Good knowledge of content management, e-commerce platforms, PIM, and ERP system integration. Proficiency in using JIRA for task management, progress tracking, and on-time feature delivery. Facilitation and leadership in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
- Languages: Fluent English language (C1+ level)
- Competencies: Great communication and presentation skills, strong leadership skills, self-driven and team-work oriented personality, with great time management and problem-solving skills
