Team Leader of Creative Team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the overall creative production, workflow, and oversee the quality of deliverables for various projects
• Provide expertise and leadership to the team in various areas of design and content, including 2D and 3D design, branding, print, exhibitions, audio, video, and digital marketing
• Ensure effective implementation of brand guidelines for all brands in the organization's portfolio and maintain consistency across all design deliverables, including presentations, print materials, digital communications, branding assets, multimedia, and online assets
• Inspire, lead, and manage the creative, multimedia and content team. Collaborate with colleagues in a mid-sized agency team
• Experience in the areas of developing customer relationships and working with external suppliers is an advantage
• Work with in-house photographer and external photo and video banks, ensuring the right selection of photos and videos for the team

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications or other related field
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a leader in a creative communications agency or internal design team. Knowledge of working in an international environment
• Required Skills: Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.) and office tools (MS Office, etc.)
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (C1 Level)
• Competencies: Highly motivated and proactive personality with excellent communication skills, team spirit and the ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with attention to detail, ability to lead an efficient team
