YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Lead the team and its daily operations in given area of responsibility/given entities
  • Oversee finance and accounting processes, solve complex issues, meet final decisions and perform relevant controls per given entities
  • Manage MEC, hardclose, year-end close, reporting and audits in given area of responsibility
  • Cooperate with internal and external partners (auditors, tax advisors, local authorities, other departments of the company and others)
  • Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the team and implement relevant measures 
  • Manage the reporting of areas in scope as outlined by Service Level Agreement
  • Drive improvements/automation and support related projects in given area of responsibility/given region

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: High school or university degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in senior accountant, finance project or team leader role
  • Required Skills: Professional knowledge of MS office, SAP knowledge (FI/CO), S4H/S4HC knowledge is an advantage
  • Languages: English language for daily written and spoken communication (B2+ level), German is an advantage 
  • Competencies: Leadership and organizational skills, strong communication and time management, dynamic sefl driven person but still a team player
