As a Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for your team — someone who makes sure everyone has what they need to do their job well, stay motivated, and keep growing. You’ll balance workloads, give feedback, and support people in their development, all while keeping the team spirit strong.
On the day-to-day side, you’ll make sure we’re hitting our key goals and service standards for payroll and time & attendance. Just as important, you’ll help shape a customer-first mindset — making sure we listen, deliver great service, and keep improving.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, connecting the dots and making sure we’re all pulling in the same direction.
Your responsibilities
- Leading a team of up to 17 specialist in Brno and Nová Ves. Support their development in professional and personal area.
- Ownership of services provided in payroll for CZ and US locations - time & attendance for Europe.
- Responsibility for coordination of processes, projects and tasks within the team and their execution in MANN+HUMMEL.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of processes towards our customers.
- Regular business process evalutation and improvement, continuous work on standardization and efficiency
Your Profile
- Education: University degree education or another appropriate education.
- Experience: +3 years experience in HR or Finance domain in area of payroll, team leading and/or project management.
- Nice to have skills: Overall knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, SAP, Success Factors.
- Languages: Active knowledge of Czech and English language for daily written and spoken communication (B2 level).
- Active driver - regular travel between Brno and Nová Ves u Třebíče
