Role Summary
The Onboard to Offboard Team is responsible for the complete employee lifecycle from an administrative and data management perspective – from onboarding to offboarding. Our main customers are the German, Czech, and Polish manufacturing plants, including the service center, to which we provide a wide range of services related to HR processes and daily support for both employees and their managers. This position is covering maternity leave.
Your responsibilities
- Leading a team of up to 12 specialist in Brno and Nová Ves. Support their development in professional and personal area.

Employee data management in systems – from creating new employee records, through changes during the course of employment (change of position, working hours, transfer between departments, promotion, etc.), to termination of employment.

Travel expense administration (Germany) – supporting colleagues with correct submissions, checking, and resolving discrepancies.

Coordination of meetings for long-term sick employees (Germany) – arranging appointments, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking follow-up actions.

Collaboration with stakeholders – close communication with HR partners, line managers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth processes in compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- Activites include planning, training and development, possible recruitment of new members and employee/labor relations.
Your Profile
- Education: University degree education or another appropriate education.
- Experience: +3 years experience in HR team leading and/or project management.
- Nice to have skills: Overall knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, SAP, Success Factors.
- Languages: Active knowledge of Czech and English language for daily written and spoken communication (B2 level). German would be great plus.
- Active driver - regular travel between Brno and Nová Ves u Třebíče.
