As a Digital Services Team Lead, you’ll guide and support a team of digital specialists within The Studio, helping them deliver high‑quality digital content, platforms, and campaigns for MANN+HUMMEL’s global brands. You’ll make sure workflows run smoothly, projects land on time, and digital guidelines are followed in a practical, consistent way. You’ll also help connect digital needs with the right people across the business and keep improving how our digital work gets done.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full workflow of digital projects—from request to delivery—making sure deadlines, requirements, and quality standards are met
- Provide hands‑on support across key digital areas such as web updates, automation, analytics, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and basic eCommerce needs
- Make sure all digital deliverables follow MANN+HUMMEL’s digital guidelines, including landing pages, emails, ads, components, and tracking standards
- Prioritize and coordinate daily work for the Digital Team so tasks are clear and aligned with The Studio and business priorities
- Coach and support team members in their skill development, helping them grow and collaborate effectively
- Work closely with the Service Delivery Lead MarCom to improve workflows, strengthen digital governance, and speed up delivery
- Collaborate with Brand, Corporate Marketing, Market Communications, eCommerce, and Product Management to support smooth execution of digital initiatives
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years in digital production, digital marketing, or marketing technology—ideally in an international company or agency setting; experience leading or mentoring digital talent
- Required Skills: Strong practical knowledge of major digital tools and platforms (CMS, CRM/automation tools, analytics tools, email/marketing platforms, social media); proven ability to manage digital projects end‑to‑end with attention to detail
- Languages: Very strong English communication skills (C1), both written and spoken
- Competencies: Proactive and customer‑focused, comfortable handling multiple projects at once, able to learn processes quickly, organized, collaborative, and motivated to improve workflows and solve problems
