As active contributor, we drive our strategy to sustainability.

The new Center of Competence Global Sustainability will ensure and support the transformation to sustainability, the fulfillment of regulatory (reporting) and costumer requirements. This department, located in Brno (CZ), managed by the Director Global Sustainability / CSR with a direct report to the CEO of MANN+HUMMEL Group.

This role helps us to achieve our sustainability goals through professional project / program management to create speed in realization of our sustainability strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Managing and monitoring the implementation of strategic ESG projects to ensure the achievement of corporate goals 
  • Support/ advisory of the business units and departments in development and implementation of sustainability strategies and correlations to the group strategy and targets
  • Harmonization of ESG impacts, risks, and opportunities within our sustainability management systems accordance with EU CSRD/ ESRS-Standard, Human Rights Regulations and other
  • Impacts, risks and opportunities analysis and assessment in the context of ESG factors
  • Reporting on progress and challenges to management
  • Close collaboration with various departments and external partners
  • Support and representation of the Director Global Sustainability in internal committees and in the Group's overall program management

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: Completed studies in a relevant subject area (e.g. Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration)
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in project management, sustainability and risk management
  • Required Skills: Sound knowledge in the areas of ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), experience in managing international projects and teams, certification according to IPMA (min. level C) or a comparable qualification is a great advantage
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Competences: Great communication skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills, open-minded approach, willingness to learn and develop in topic of sustainability
