Social Media Specialist / Analyst

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform and that aligns brand objectives and audience needs.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Monitor brand visibility and sentiment across earned media channels (e.g., online news, podcasts, forums).
• Work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and understand KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Provide regular performance updates to internal teams and external agencies.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders based on platform developments and digital trends.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Intelligence or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in social media management and/or analytics. Experience in a corporate, multi-brand or international setting is a plus
• Required Skills: Hands-on experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Cision, Talkwalker, Hootsuite. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Solid understanding of social media platforms and performance dynamics
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English,  German is a great advantage
• Competencies: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and presentation skills, team player, and result-oriented personality
