Role Summary:

In this role, you will help to bring the Transportation division’s sales strategy to life by coordinating its roll out, creating clear and practical materials for sales teams, and keeping our internal communication channels up to date. You’ll work closely with leadership and colleagues across Business Units to support key strategy initiatives. A big part of the job is making sure information is consistent, data is reliable, and the strategy is reflected properly in Salesforce. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to shaping and rolling out the global sales strategy, helping turn ideas into clear and usable materials for the sales teams from MANN+HUMMEL worldwide.
  • Coordinate input collection from Transportation Business Units , analyse monthly data in collaboration with data analytics team
  • Create and update the Sales Excellence SharePoint pages and coordinating with the internal marketing team when it comes to deliverables.
  • Prepare sales‑related content for monthly townhalls and internal updates, including slides, short summaries, and key messages.
  • Cooperate with our internal Salesforce developers and help find practical ways to translate the business needs and bring the sales strategy into the system.
  • Work with Sales teams, Business Units, Data Analytics team and Marketing team for smooth and successful collaboration
  • Travel to Ludwigsburg or another MANN+HUMMEL location worldwide roughly once a quarter

Your profile:

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in the area of sales, experience in management consulting on top of that is a significant advantage, automotive background is a strong advantage.
•    Required Skills: Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM (Salesforce a strong plus), Project Management skills 
•    Languages: Fluent English (spoken & written); German is an advantage.
•    Competencies: Strategic thinking combined with an execution oriented mindset, high diligence and proactivity, ability to challenge the status quo, and propose pragmatic improvements, very good communication skills, including the ability to translate complex topics into clear messages for different audiences
