We are looking for an HR IT Integration Specialist to support the digital transformation of HR processes and ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define technical specifications and implement new systems and integrations.
- Support HR digital transformation and HR-IT projects within HR applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis for SAP integration solutions.
- Evaluate, implement, and ensure stable data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party/internal systems.
- Implement integration concepts based on SAP technologies and create comprehensive technical solutions.
- Proactively mitigate technical risks and optimize solutions continuously.
- Develop integration scenarios via SAP Cloud Integration, SuccessFactors Integration Center, and on-premise interfaces.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to assigned tasks.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: High school or university degree, preferably in informatics, business, or a comparable field
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing SAP and non-SAP integration scenarios in an HR environment. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
- Required Skills: Strong understanding of software development and SAP integration technologies:
- SAP Cloud Integration Platform (iFlow configuration and monitoring)
- SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center
- SAP Process Integration
- Knowledge of ALE IDOC interfaces (SAP on-premise systems), SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service, and SAP Business Technology Platform (driven by sap basis team) is considered a plus
Experience in SAP ABAP and/or UI5 is an advantage
MS Office proficiency - Languages: Active knowledge of English ( B2+)
- Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical thinking to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop effective solutions. Team player with a customer-oriented approach and responsibility. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work in cross-functional global teams
