Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Successfactors CPI Expert (HR) to design, build, and operate integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and internal or third‑party systems. You will play a key role in HR digital transformation, ensuring secure, stable, and scalable HR integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and Groovy scripting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and document technical integration specifications and develop, configure, and maintain HR integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), including on‑premise connections.
- Implement and support interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and internal or third‑party systems.
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for data transformation, validation, routing, and error handling in CPI.
- Monitor integration flows and interfaces, perform root cause analysis (troubleshooting), and ensure stable operations proactively.
- Ensure high‑quality, reliable, and performance‑optimized integrations in line with SAP best practices, while continuously improving solutions to minimize technical risks.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives and HR‑IT projects across HR applications in close collaboration with HR and external Partners
Your Profile:
- Education: High school or university degree, preferably in informatics, business, or a comparable field
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing SAP and non-SAP integration scenarios in an HR environment, including SAP SuccessFactors, HR processes, and cloud‑to‑on‑premise SAP system integrations.
- Required Skills:Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including iFlow configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and Groovy scripting.
MS Office proficiency
Nice to have: Experience with SAP ABAP and/or SAP UI5. - Languages: Active knowledge of English ( B2+)
