YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Correct implementation of given SAP templates in area of Payroll, possibly Time & Attendance, within the processes and functional analysis, configuration, customization and testing in SAP HR for the international MANN+HUMMEL locations
- Support of key users for SAP HR business processes
- Standardization - support standards creation and their following
- Responsibility for finding solutions for problems escalated by key users, or requirements coming out of the business needs
- Project leading of entrusted SAP HR projects, keeping the deadlines, coordination of project team members, ensure the documentation
- Regular update of the technical documentation related to the entrusted tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: High school or University degree
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as SAP HR Consultant in international projects
- Required Skills: Deep knowledge of entrusted SAP HCM including customization and configuration, advanced MS Office, at least passive knowledge of ABAP
- Languages: English (B2+ Level)
- Competences: Very good analytical thinking, great communication skills, efficient time management, ownership and responsibility, customer approach, team player
