YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support of SAP HCM module mostly for Czech MANN+HUMMEL locations
  • Responsibility for correct implementation of SAP HR Time & Attendance processes including schema changes, new calculation rules, time transfer types, attendance and absence types etc.
  • Providing functional analysis, configurations, customizing and testing with focus on standardization
  • Support key users for SAP HR business processes, responsibility for finding solutions for problems raised by the key users 
  • Consulting the business, and finding solutions for requirements coming out of the business needs
  • Regular update of the technical documentation related to the entrusted tasks
  • Participation on untrusted SAP HR Projects - coordination of project tasks in order to keep deadlines

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: High School or University degree
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in the role of SAP Time & Attendance Consultant
  • Required Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP HR module including customization and configuration, advanced MS Office
  • Language: Fluent English (min.B2+ level), Czech language is a great advantage
  • Competencies: Great communication skills and customer approach, strong analytical thinking and efficient time management, responsibility and ownership, team player with sense of humor
