ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an SAP IBP Consultant at our Brno/Nová Ves site in the Czech Republic to support the global rollout and implementation of our cloud-based Integrated Business Planning solution. In this role, you will combine project participation with ongoing support, working closely with international colleagues, external partners, and business stakeholders. You will act as the key IBP expert in our organization, ensuring smooth integration with SCM processes and future knowledge transfer. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP IBP cloud solution and related Supply Chain processes (production, logistics, demand & supply planning)
•    Participate in the global rollout and implementation of IBP, incl. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and SCM integration
•    Design and configure IBP models (planning areas, key figures, heuristics/optimizer settings) to harmonize demand, supply, and production planning across plants and regions
•    Integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA, MES, and BI tools via SAP CPI-DS/PI, OData, and REST APIs
•    Support ongoing project activities in close collaboration with business stakeholders, external consultants, and international teams (esp. Germany)
•    Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to IBP and connected SCM processes
•    Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and provide post-implementation support to business users
•    Work primarily from the office, with flexibility for occasional travel (up to 20% annually) depending on project needs

YOUR PROFILE:

•    Education: High school education preferably with IT focus or relevant field
•    Experience:2+ years of experience as IBP Consultant, preferably in the automotive industry
•    Required Skills:  In-depth knowledge of planning processes (Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply/Response), strong ERP (SAP S/4HANA) integration know-how, hands-on customizing and configuration of IBP models, participation in rollout/implementation projects
•    Languages: Very good command of English (B2 level) for daily international collaboration; German language is an advantage
•    Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently as the sole IBP specialist in the team; valid driving license B
