ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant at our Brno/Nová Ves site in the Czech Republic to take over a key role in our Brno or Nová Ves. You will act as the main expert for Warehouse Management, supporting daily operations, implementing changes, and driving future EWM rollouts. The role combines hands-on support with project participation in an international environment, requiring close cooperation with colleagues worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Warehouse Management (WM) processes, incl. RF scanners, label printing, Zebra printers and related integrations
•    Participate in change management, troubleshooting and debugging of WM-related processes and systems
•    Customize and maintain SAP WM, with partial involvement in EWM (existing global rollouts and future transitions)
•    Support and coordinate global WM/EWM projects, ensuring smooth implementation and knowledge transfer
•    Analyze change requests, propose and deliver appropriate technical solutions in alignment with business needs
•    Work primarily from the office (with occasional home office)
•    Be open to international business travel (up to 20% annually, depending on project needs)

YOUR PROFILE:

•    Education: High school or university degree, preferably with IT, logistics, or related focus
•    Experience: 3+ years of experience as SAP WM (STRM) or EWM Consultant, ideally in a production/automotive environment
•    Required Skills: Knowledge of SAP WM processes and customizing, participation in implementation/rollout projects
•    Languages: Very good command of English (B2 level) for international collaboration, German language is an advantage
•    Competencies: Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills; driving license B
