About the Role:
Join MANN+HUMMEL’s global Corporate Risk team and play a key role in strengthening the company’s resilience infrastructure. As a Corporate Risk and Internal Controls Specialist, you will support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide risk and internal control systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all business units.
Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support risk management and internal control activities across MANN+HUMMEL locations worldwide
• Maintain and update risk and control documentation, databases, and dashboards to ensure data quality and accessibility for global reporting
• Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and awareness programs for employees involved in risk and internal control roles
• Coordinate the development, documentation, and testing of internal controls in line with the COSO framework, including the creation of Risk-Control Matrices
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls through scheduled testing cycles and collaborate with stakeholders to address deficiencies
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, KPIs, and presentations for internal stakeholders, including trend analyses and escalation support
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Process Owners, and Governance functions to ensure alignment of risk and compliance activities across the organization
Your Profile:
• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 3 years in risk management, business analysis, or related field; experience in shared services or service centers is a plus
• Required Skills: willingness to obtain a risk management certificate within 2 years, professional risk management certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRM) is a plus
• Languages: Fluent English required (written and spoken)
• Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to train others and cross-functional collaboration skills, flexibility (occasional travel)
