YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility of the corporate Integrated Workplace Management Systems (PLANON, ServiceNOW) with the intention to manage real estate and facilities on global level
  • Define system parameters of individual modules of the IWMS (Planon) and manage potential customization needs arising from business as well as in relation to connection with ServiceNOW platform
  • Propose and design global training materials for the users of Planon, communicate and empower individual site users (Facility Management) across our MANN+HUMMEL locations worldwide (in the course of time)
  • Moderate change management before and during roll-out phases of the project and establish a process for continuous improvement of the tool
  • Become a Master User and be responsible for the creation of the user profiles,  assignment of authorizations and their maintenance
  • Establish and track KPIs to enable locations to ensure compliance with local codes, laws, regulations and insurance requirements
  • Implement group standards and guidelines
  • Communicate with all stakeholder groups involved: tool consultants (external (Planon) as well as internal (ServiceNOW), facility managers in individual MANN+HUMMEL locations worldwide, in some cases even Executive management of MANN+HUMMEL)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: University degree or equivalent relevant degree in the field of Real Estate, Facility Management, Business Administration & Engineering is an advantage
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management or change management (ideally in real estate or facility management industry), +1 years of  experience in the areas of facility management and/or real estate
  • Required Skills: Knowledge of Integrated Workplace Management System (Planon/ServiceNOW is a plus), intermediate user of Microsoft 365 (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is a plus, driving licence B
  • Languages: Fluency in English (C1), knowledge of German language is a plus
  • Competencies: strong communication skills, proactive approach, self motivated personality with can do attitude, resilient, flexible (communication across different cultures and time zones) as well as willing to travel to Germany and possibly other countries as well (up to 20 %), be able to reflect on various stakeholder needs
