YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Act as project coordinator within P2P global organization. Running regular PMO calls, ensures that project team is delivering progress supported by structured project documentation on regular basis. Ensures, that documentation quality is in line with quality standards within GBTS P2P team (in scope: projects, transitions, one time tasks/changes not defined as a project)
  • Coordinate and lead own projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards within GBTS P2P team (currently scheduled projects: P2P academy, P2P management maturity assessment, P2P helpdesk AI automation, P2P consolidated PowerBI dashboard)
  • Supporting global project initiatives if needed (example: development of Celonis process performance indicators and use cases, PowerBI implementation, etc). 
  • Partner and collaborate with Global Transformation Team to drive and implement continuous improvement/Lean activities, support, and lead actions to improve VoC 
  • Supporting activities focused on increase of employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) in P2P
  • Engage and collaborate with global P2P and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders. Participation on BPO conferences, SPOC for cooperation with other BPO centres in Czech Republic

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: High school or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related field 
  • Experience: 3+ year experience in Project Management from area of Procurement or Finance, ideally from Shared Services Center environment
  • Required Skills: Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point), PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a big advantage. Ability to lead cross-functional and international teams, influence stakeholders at all levels and adapt management style to varied corporate culture, organizational structure, and internal clients.
  • Languages: Very good spoken and written English (C1+ Level), German is an advantage
  • Competences: Highly motivated and dynamic personality with strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written
