Process Intelligence Product Owner

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Product Owner for Process Intelligence initiatives within the defined organizational strategy
• Focus on delivering business impact and continuous value realization
• Align regularly with Executive Sponsor(s) regarding targets, KPIs, and priorities
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improve process execution
• Drive demand and adoption among business process owners
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact
• Provide functional guidance and direction to a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and other specialists
• Ensure effective delivery coordination within the team (no direct people management responsibility)
• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to building a strong Process Intelligence community
• Contribute to communication activities, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
• Support budget tracking and value realization monitoring

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in large-scale business process transformation, including 3+ years of experience with Process Mining in complex, global environments
• Required Skills:
  Strong business and IT understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset
  Experience working in cross-functional teams with functional leadership or coordination responsibilities
  Ability to drive process improvements and support organizational change initiatives
  Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
  Excellent communication and presentation skills (including senior stakeholder interaction)
  Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units
• Competencies: Delivery and execution focus, stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills, analytical thinking and problem solving, adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments, ownership and accountability, continuous improvement mindset
