Multimedia Designer

Role Summary:

As a Multimedia Designer in MANN+HUMMEL, you will create high-quality, on-brand video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Your responsibilities include end-to-end video and audio editing, color grading, subtitle creation, and preparing creative elements such as intros, outros, and motion graphics. You’ll collaborate with global marketing teams to craft compelling stories and ensure brand consistency, with the opportunity to contribute to photo editing and 2D/3D motion graphics if you have the skillset.

Your Responsibilities:

• Edit and finalize video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communication, ensuring professional quality and brand consistency.
• Perform complete video and audio editing – cutting, trimming, merging, compressing, optimizing files, and incorporating music and sound effects. 
• Handle subtitling and caption editing – including font, placement, timing, and text corrections.
• Apply light correction, color grading, and audio adjustments, and perform photo editing tasks such as resizing and color correction.
• Prepare graphic elements, intro/outro sequences, and create animated text or simple motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and brand managers from MANN+HUMMEL worldwide on creative storytelling for social media and internal channels, and participate in feedback sessions to improve processes. 
• Engage in creating 3D content and develop 2D/3D motion graphics and animations if you have the skillset

Your Profile:

• Education: High school or University degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communication and Media, Marketing, or in a similar field
• Experience: 3+ year relevant experience in Video Editing, experience in 2D/3D Motion Graphics is an advantage 
• Required Skills: Excellent editing including light color and motion design skillsets, ability to animate a variety of styles or techniques, and be also comfortable with light audio work. Ability to to animate a variety styles and techniques. Expertise in Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Illustator, Photoshop), Blender/Cinema 4D
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (B2 Level)
• Competences: Motivated and creative personality with good communication skills, a team-player with attention to detail
