Job Area:  Information Technology
Job Level:  Experienced

About the Role:

Join MANN+HUMMEL’s 3rd level IT support team and help shape practical, user‑focused AI solutions inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. In this role, you’ll build and refine Copilot and automation use cases that make everyday work smoother and more intuitive for colleagues across the company. You’ll collaborate with Global IT Operations Team, Corporate IT and internal AI initiatives to ensure a well‑aligned and future‑ready Workplace AI environment. As part of a global company dedicated to cleaner mobility, cleaner air, and cleaner water, you’ll contribute to digital solutions used across MANN+HUMMEL’s worldwide operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve AI‑driven capabilities in Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Copilot Studio as an agent builder, Power Platform), ensuring user adoption through clear enablement and best practices.
  • Act as a central touchpoint for Copilot roll‑out, including governance for premium Copilot licenses and support alignment during fast‑changing Microsoft releases.
  • Collaborate closely with 3rd level IT experts from Brno, corporate IT in Germany and Data Analytics Team for Internal AI Initiatives to coordinate platform usage.
  • Provide user and client support, helping employees understand how to use Copilot and M365 tools, creating best‑practice guidance, and enabling users to automate tasks independently without relying on higher‑level support.
  • Maintain strong governance of the M365 tenant, including identity and permission structures (Entra ID, app permissions, Conditional Access) and Copilot Studio governance, ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI services.
  • Coordinate operational support activities (incident, change, and problem management), interacting with 2nd‑ and 3rd‑level support teams when needed to stabilize services.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with leadership, contribute to documentation and governance standards, and support AI alignment across teams; occasional travel to Germany may be required once or twice per year, with onboarding potentially on‑site.

Skills

Your profile:

  • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration; at least 2 years working with Power Platform; experience with Copilot or practical exposure to other LLM‑based solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration; solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID; PowerShell scripting skills; understanding of how large language models work (tokens, context, prompting); experience with Microsoft Graph API is an advantage.
  • Languages: English at B2 level or higher.
  • Competencies: Analytical and conceptual thinking; fast learner with an interest in new AI technologies; passion for automation and scalable solutions; independent working style combined with strong cross‑team collaboration; reliability, ownership, and a governance‑driven mindset.
